i used a wacom bamboo CTH-470, Adobe PSE 8 and Paint tool SAI

To be quite honest it looks like a mess. The layers are obvious and that black "dolly" really takes away from the picture as a whole. 2/10 would not bang.

Here's a version without the BG (which i happen to like better)
i found that the BG took away some of the effects when i added it.
