It's been two years since I registered for TBT. However, it felt like that I just written the first anniversary one. And here's why:

A week after my first anniversary, I took off from TBT, claiming that I'm leaving forever. Since that date, I was gone, never logged into my account. However, after ten months, I decided that I couldn't stay off anymore, so I returned to TBT and planned to stay here again. But there are other reasons why I returned. The timing was pretty coincidential. As soon as I returned, another TBT Fair was about to start. I may have missed the Happy Home Designer promotion on TBT, the Bell Tree Spooktacular, Jingle's Jolly Jamboree, the fourth annual Easter Egg hunt, and four TBT Directs (including the one that restocked groups and introduced the tasty cake), but one event I couldn't miss is the TBT Fair (or my anniversary).

Yes, I did participate in the fair as part of my second year of my membership, but the majority of my second year, I was absent. I can explain what I mostly did that year.

As I stopped going to Bell Tree, I moved back to GameFAQs, where I was before I joined TBT. I spent a lot of time in the Happy Home Designer board since that was the new game coming out. However, the board died down soon. I then moved to the Wii U board on GameFAQs because I wanted to know more about the Virtual Console and why it wasn't getting new N64 games in a while. But over there, it was a complete mess, worse than TBT during times when people get immature. The trolls on the Wii U board are mostly adults that were rude towards Nintendo and Nintendo of America over their dissatisfaction. The board was nothing but complaint threads on how Nintendo and Nintendo of America treated them or how they handled their games, and at one time, multiple threads on the Best Game Ever polls and how Undertale was winning. And yes, they have complained about some of the same stuff I seen TBTers complained about in Nintendo games (as well as in many communities), but I seen an even bigger controversy not discussed here: censorship. The censorship NoA was doing was fair and reasonable, but these trolls complained about it. They were even being complete jerks about it, as the Wii U board was littered with censorship complaint threads more than TBT's Brewster's Café was with Trump threads. And I have been observing that board for 9 months.

I also went to the Poll of the Day forum (which is usually called PotD). While the main purpose was to discuss the daily poll on GameFAQs, it was filled with a lot of off-topic threads, and of course, politics threads. While I heard that CE is worse than what I could observe on PotD, I met some really bad trolls there on PotD. And no moderator could intervene within disputes there. I also went to the actual politics board, which was also troll-ridden. Because of how I spent a lot of my time on two boards with political discussions and a board full of cynics towards Nintendo, I faced a moral decline as I realized that I'm becoming a really bad person that I didn't want to be. As a result, I decided to come back here on TBT, where I was better behaved and not as angry on.

After returning to TBT, I have improved morally since I stayed away from the trolls. And since the fair was going on, I was distracted from these boards thanks to the fair activities. Of course, the election is still going on, but I should improve even more when it's over.

Aside to GameFAQs, I was doing a lot of other things, both in real life and on the internet. I was maintaining the fansite Animal Crossing Spin-offs, which was a site about ACHHD and sharing my photos. In the fall, I ran this program called Theme of the Week, which I upload pictures of facilities and villager houses following a certain theme (even if it means decorating the villager homes completely different to their original client visions). In the winter, I written 30 pages involving my final ideas for the next Animal Crossing game and uploaded it to my spin-off site. It was my Idea Book, which had extensive details on each game idea I had opposed to my Idea Blog on the StarFall Press. I believe I have it linked to my sig here. If you want to check it out, you should give it a try.

I also was working on collecting Animal Crossing amiibo cards. So far, I have collected all 400 of them. I usually buy packs online until there are 15 or less missing cards in a series. Then I order them individually without online trading with forum members.

In addition, I had a huge interest into the 1980's as I watched a couple of 1980's movies at home. Oh, and I got a Nintendo GameCube just to play Super Mario Sunshine (which I was wanting to play for nine months). I got Mario Kart 8 for Christmas and got 3 stars in all 12 cups on all five modes by late March. I played Paper Mario 64 for the first time. I got Ocarina of Time for my 3DS digitally and played both modes. Basically, I did a lot of stuff over this 10-month period of inactivity on this site.

The best thing would have to be my casino trip last May. I also liked my achievements in Mario Kart and that I got a GameCube (I can explain the full story about the GameCube in the comments). Worst thing would have to be my experience on GameFAQs forums around the whole time. I also didn't like my summer semester in school and how hard the class I took was. I had a meltdown.

That's all for my second anniversary blog. I'm glad to be back here, and I bet you guys are glad that I'm back.
