Mystery Dungeon VS Kyogre

Ok, I sort of just defeated Rayquazza, now I'm wondering...Am I supposed to go to stormy seas already? And is it true that Kyogre is at the end? Can someone give me tips on getting through this dungeon, and battling Kyogre?

u don't have to go to the extra dungeons. but it does go onto another adventure. duhh durr :r anyways yes make sure ur at a good level. kyogre will be at level 25 with 600 health points.
