After tons of consideration, Here are are the 6 picks for islanders in New Horizon so far, and the plans for their houses.:

Monkey D. Luffy - Pirate theme

Lucina - Fire Emblem theme

Ladybug - Miraculous themed

Aqua - Various worlds from Kingdom Hearts. Disney Castle will be the main room.

Shulk - Xenoblade theme, with rooms focused on both Xenoblade and Xenoblade 2

Elsa - Seasons themed, with the main room focused on Winter.

But there is still room or 2 more. I am putting in an OC for the main one, but I still need one more character. However, I have narrowed it down to these 6:
