Need help with animated avatar

I already have an animated avatar, But I want to change it where Marie shoots the Hero Charger at her cousin. I've done everything right, but it's just a picture.
It's really grinding my teeth.

Make sure the image is the same size as your avatar settings, if it has to resize it when it uploads it wont animate. In your case, the image should be no larger than 150x100, but is currently 180x100.

I already resized it. When I look up on Google images it works perfectly. Had to download the part from a video on YouTube, put it in a gif maker, then cut it and resize what I wanted... STILL WONT WORK!

If you are trying to directly upload the image from the link you provided, its 180x100 pixels. There's no reason an animate avatar wont work unless the image is too big, or the file is too large. Make sure the image you want to use is 150x100 and it should work fine, otherwise you will need to decrease the file size.

I downloaded the file and as Jake said, it's too big There is a size limit for animated avatar, about 250kb iirc.

You can delete the frames you feel not necessary, or adjust the number of colours in the gif. I reduced the animation a bit and it should work now:
