need help with PayPal account for RLC, please ;c

Hi museum!!

I'm in a pinch. I finally wanted to set up my PayPal account for RLC and I created the account according to my father's information, since I'm not 18 yet (yes, I asked my father for permission).
Then I wanted to link my bank account to it, since it's basically my earned money.
BUT! There's written by DEFAULT "Bank account holder: my father's name". But this is actually wrong, since I want to add MY bank account. And there's also written that they will perform an identity check. Means, I can't just add my own bank account when it says my father is the holder, since this would mean false identity, right?
What now? I can't change the bank account's holder name >-< Or at least I don't know how?

Please help me :c

I think you unfortunately have to be 18+ to have your own details.

You can connect your dad's details for now and keep your earnings in paypal for the time being? Then you can use paypal to spend it on whatever you want. Just an idea.

So, I can save it up there? It will take ca 5 months until I'm 18. I don't necessarily have to link a bank account then?

If I have understood right, I can let it be like it is - paid money will be stored there - wait 5 months - change the data into mine and add my account, right?

Well you do need a bank account but maybe you can negociate with your dad to use his for the time being? It would be only to accept payments and paypal DOES store the money you make online until you CHOOSE to withdraw it. Kinda like an ATM. So that's just until you come of age which is soon! (How exciting!)

Or just wait the 5 months and open your own with only your details. Completely up to you!

Just one last question, once I've added my father's bank account, I'll be able to remove it later, right?

I think you'll have to delete it then start a new one. I'm not 100% sure. I did have to do that but I was changing country on my paypal, I think changing bank account is probably easier. Good luck! ^^
