Souji

I'm thinking about getting another copy of New Leaf (I just feel like I don't have enough to do with just one town!) and first I thought about getting it for cycling but I got better idea. I want to do a themed town, Persona 4 to be exact. If you don't know what Persona 4 is, it's a game for PS2 (and Vita as Persona 4 Golden) where group of kids save people who get thrown inside a bizarre TV world full of monsters. It's a great game and why not to do a town based on it?
I know there's couple towns named Inaba (well I know three towns with this name and the player names are characters from Persona 4) but I just like the idea to base a town off one of my favorite games!
As for the characters, the mayor would be Souji (or Yu, I like to call him Souji as I played the game in 2009 for the first time), the protagonist. As for villagers, I would like animals to represent Yosuke, Chie, Yukiko, Kanji, Rise, Naoto, Teddie, Adachi and Dojima. For the tenth character, I'm not totally decided but maybe Nanako? There is a lot of side characters which would fit perfectly to some personalities, but there's just way too many of them. u_u

Other characters: Dojima, Adachi and Nanako
Not so sure which characters would fit for all of those as I don't know much about Animal Crossing characters, but I have some personalities thought out:
Males:
- Dojima would obviously be cranky
- Adachi as smug or lazy
- Yosuke as jock maybe?
- Teddie would definetly be smug but there's no smug cub characters and I don't like the smug bears haha. I could see Stitches as him for some reason
- Kanji could be cranky or smug
Females:
- Chie not so sure, if there were jock females, it would be perfect haha
- Yukiko maybe uchi
- Naoto could be normal, as I can't think anything else
- Rise could be uchi or snooty
- If I decide on Nanako, she would totally be peppy (hamster or cub maybe?)
So yeah, if you want to help me out it would be awesome!
