Need help with the sitting down pose

Hey

I always try to do different poses and this one I am having difficulty drawing the clothes for the position shes in

I cant decide how her skirt will fall/ how it will go over her knees and that (this is a drawing of someones oc)

If you have any advice on how to decide how the skirt will fall or if you know of a website or anything I could check out I would appreciate it

Even if you come across a drawing of a girl sat down with a skirt/dress on that would really help as I cant find any specific ones!

uuuu I struggle with this pose too, but here's my take on it:

Spoiler: used an old sketch

I'd suggest you to google references of how cloth falls when people sit in that pose!! keywords such as "sitting girl skirt" could help a lot!! ((e.g. this pic might help))
generally speaking referencing from RL photos is the best idea, but if you're a lazebutt like me you can add "anime" to the keyboards to yield results like these - "reference" pictures of how other people draw... orz

Thank you SO MUCH! This really helps. I tried googling stuff kinda like that but I couldnt really find any good ones perhaps I need to keep changing the words slightly but those are good examples, thank you ill give it ago again
