need opinions on what to do with this part of my island

ok so, my current island is themed after murder/horror and i have this one area left that i have absolutely no idea what to do. I was thinking about doing a garbage dump but that probably wouldn't fit into the forest murder/horror that im going for. The space is not small but not big and is beside a graveyard in an awkward spot. Would like to have someone over to see what to do with it or u can just suggest anything murder.

Labrynth in style of The Shining. With winter coming on, this has potential.
Using the kettle bathtub as a witches brewing pot. Have potions, use the laboratory experiment item there. Oil lamp has possibilities as a potion jar.
Haunted campground with lake as in Jason and Friday the 13th. I think there’s a hockey mask like his available that you could place.
