Need some advice pricing used games.

Hey there guys!

I hope you're all having an amazing day! I'm writing this post because I need some advice pricing some old used games.

My city has a FB page where you can sell and auction stuff to locals and I'm in the need of extra cash. So I grabbed all the games I can find and sorted the ones I don't want to keep or don't play anymore into a little bag. All the games are DS/3Ds games.

Here's the list:

I was thinking of just selling the whole mixed bag of games. So, how much would you pay for a mixed bag of these games?

i think it might be easier to sell them individually but idk, u do whatever you want i suppose.

the 3ds games are probably worth more than the ds games.
maybe look up what people charge on other second hand sites for reference?

Most DS games are pretty much worthless. You'll make a larger profit selling them individually and if any don't sell you can just take them down to the local charity shop. I recommend checking on eBay and Amazon to see what sort of prices people are asking for them and what price the finished auctions ended at.

I usually check how much they're being sold used on eBay by trusted sellers, and others. I price according to that.

Here's how I think you should price it based on surface level looks at the titles/working in retail with video games. Plus a load of these are DS games and tbh they aren't worth much anymore unless if they are mainstream.

• Cooking Mama - $6
• Cooking Mama 4 Kitchen Magic (3DS) - $12
• Pokemon Pearl - $30 (you'll be surprised how many people still want this game)
• Elebits The Adventures of Kai and Zero - $5 (idek what this is but based on knowing nothing I probably wouldn't buy it for more than $10)
• Golden Sun Dark Dawn - $5 (same with this one and any other unwellknown video games)
• Art Academy - $10
• Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box - $12
• Professor Layton and the Unwound Future - $12
• Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy (3DS) - $20
• Professor Layton and and the Miracle Mask (3DS) - $20
• Windy Windam - $5
• Rune Factory - $12
• Horsez - $6

I like Temari's list there but I wouldn't sell Ocarina 3D for $20 used since it's currently selling new for $20 thanks to Nintendo Selects. Maybe $15 instead?

I wouldn't know the true price of Pearl. I'd say somewhere around 15 - 30. Looking at ebay, they go for around 15 - 25 dollars. I guess their prices went down due to Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby bringing back the old move tutors only previous games can offer like Eevee with Hyper Voice.

These games still have value since they're 3DS games and the new Lady Layton game is coming out. Let the hpye begin and they'll go worth something.

Most of the 3DS games you have, I would price point at 20. If someone tries to ask to lower the price to somewhere around 15 - 19, I'd do it. But 20 dollars is a safe zone.
