Is my sig over the 250 pixel limit? I don't know how you can check.

It's fine. An easy way to check is by comparing it to this image in The Signature Guide thread:
You can also download a browser extension (I use Lightshot on Chrome) to check the height, or print screen, and open the image in MS paint and check by using the crop tool around your signature to see if it's too big.

From the grey line below your post to the bottom bar with the reply button etc, your signature is... 250 pixels! 
My signature is pushing it, but I've not been called out for it yet and can't be bothered figuring out why there's extra white space at the bottom of it.
