I've been really into SSFIV lately, and I wanted a fight stick, but I didn't really have the cash laying around to purchase a good one. But, I did have $45 for Sanwa parts and a spare NES shell (read: Shell. No guts. As in I didn't destroy a working one). After some crappy wiring and not too much work, this was created:

Sorry if this is a page stretcher.

I had a hurr durr moment and had the cord coming out the front, but if I get not lazy or it bothers me too much I'll change it. Power LED turns on when it's plugged in, and the power button = start, and the reset button = the xbox button. Overall I think I did a pretty good job.

EDIT: Looking at the pictures, my phone camera doesn't do the balltop justice. It's a lot less dull in real life.

It looks pretty cool. It would be awesome if you could mod it to work as a classic controller.
If only. Far beyond my spectrum of knowledge and effort though.

There has gotta be a guide on it.
Maybe.

Are you referring to a classic controller for the Wii, by the way? That'd require a lot of effort given how I've got it wired currently.

Nice, better than my *censored.2.0* box with orange and green buttons. >.>

Edit: Your my new best friend!

Could have some inside photos, too?
I can't do that for you--I glued the shell together. But, there's a small opening in the bottom that's covered up, and I don't believe that good pictures could actually be taken.

So how are you connecting this to the XBOX? Anyways did you make this on your own or did you use a tutorial? If so may I have the link to a tutorial?

A good place to start.
Thanks for the link, Zack. If I do make one this summer I'll post some pictures of it.
