Some of this stuff most people already know but in the new game your the mayor and u have a secretary whose the yellow bunny that follows you in the first ac3ds video. There was talk that they would bring back the train station, you can swim, change shoes and pants, new online communications but nothing specific, new outdoor decorations, much better graphics, and more. theres more info on 3dsforums,com.
