I can pay in TBT Bells or In-Games Bells (I have more than you will ever need), or a combination of the two.

If you don't describe what you want in the post it will be nearly impossible to tell if the reader is able to draw it to your specifications.

Edit, also pricing would be impossible to decide without describing what you want drawn. If you're requesting art that you're basically going to use in aid of something you presumably want to make monetary gain off of, you would do well to be courteous of the people you want to do it.
