After the last update 1.11.1, what does everyone think of the new clouds? I think they look awful. To me, they do not even look like clouds. I always have a little bunch on the left a medium one in the middle and a big bunch on the right. they do not look anything like real clouds to me.

Those are cumulonimbus clouds and they've been around since New Leaf.According to the AC Wiki they appear randomly between late July and October.

Yeah, nothing new. They are pretty rare AFAIK, so you don't need to worry much about seeing them if they aren't your thing. You can however count yourself lucky for getting to experience them yourself

Wow! I feel like I should pay more attention to the sky, I didn't even know they had different clouds out side of regular clouds and then just the stormy clouds. I should really pay more attention to some the detail they put into the game, some of it is so unique and beautiful and makes me appreciate the game a little bit more!
The first time I saw these were the other day when the update came out that is why I thought it came with the update. After reading all the responses I see that it is normal for this time of year, thanks all for clearing it up for me.

It was really cool to see these clouds in my game and then look out my window to see them outside in real life

Nope. As others have said, they were already in the game. They only show up during summer and I even see them in real life. They look pretty to be honest. Except when planes have to fly through it lol.

I had these clouds the other day, too!! I was really excited when I saw them because I either haven't seen them before or it had been so long that I forgot. I think they look really cool and now I feel even luckier for getting to see them, knowing that they don't happen all that often.
