New here, but not new to Animal Crossing <3

Hey! I'm new to these forums (I've lurked for a long time but never joined) but not to the Animal Crossing series. Been a fan since I was a kid and I got City Folk a few years after it came out, and then transitioned over to New Leaf, which is my favorite in the series. Sadly, I haven't been a huge fan of New Horizons, but I'm planning on starting a new save and trying to learn to love it since servers shut down.
I'm also a fan of a bunch of other Nintendo franchises, like Legend Of Zelda and Pokemon, and I also love a ton of indie video games, as well as farming sims. I'm a big fan of Stardew Valley and also recently started Fields of Mistria which I'm enjoying so, so much.
In terms of other hobbies and interests, I'm pursuing a double major of Library Sciences and History in college currently, and I have a huge fondness and passion for archival. I also love reading, yarn arts such as knitting and crochet (I also tat), gardening, and I cosplay!
Glad to be here and hope to hang around for a while

Oooo, that's a hard one, but my favorite books are probably The Picture of Dorian Gray, and also The Handmaid's Tale! I definitely love classics I do still read a lot of YA admittedly though, I still love the Warriors series as well as The Hunger Games!

New Leaf is my favourite AC game as well! I'm sorry you haven't enjoyed New Horizons as much (I can relate), but I hope your new save goes well and that you have fun with it! Do you have any favourite villagers? C:

It's super cool that you're into knitting/crocheting and tattooing! A lot of other members here enjoy the former as well (there's even a thread dedicated to it here)! If you're ever interested in sharing any of your yarn creations or tattoo designs, we have a board here called The Museum where members of the community can share their artistic creations! We'd love to see any of your creations if you're ever comfortable/willing!

The Hunger Games is also one of my favourite book series as well!! You have great taste!
