I think the next Animals Crossing game should have a machine that you can auction items on (using wi-fi)

You just go to the machine, select the item you want to auction, and set a starting and a buyout price. The menu for the machine would be a list from newest to oldest auctions with a search bar for searching for an auction that you like. If you have the highest bid after 3 hours you'll be mailed the item in one day.

What do you think?

It would be definitely cool to have an auction house. I like being able to sell items without actually 'being there'. :) Trading can really take up a lot of time in New Leaf, especially when you sometimes have to wait a long time for the person to actually show up.

cool idea but imo it would be hard to incorporate into the game and would be useless for users w/o wifi
but then there are other things that are useless for users w/o wifi.

I think it'd be a pretty awesome idea actually. Although, I can already imagine all the people complaining about last minute snipers. I don't see a problem with sniping, and it's entirely within the rules.

I wouldn't mind seeing this in the next game.

We've already got dream towns, so maybe it could sort of be like that?
People "upload" their items and once it's bought they get a letter with the money inside or directly deposited...
I like the idea!

Nice idea. Or read my Sig? That would put them out of business

I'd like to also see a transfer icon in the bank, so if you have someone as best friend you can instantly deposit money into their bank

lets do this with items and villagers. Burst into Nintendo's headquarters and demand they add this!(just kidding but it would work)

I would like this if it weren't for the fact that I could see it easily turning into something as disastrous as the global trade station on the pokemon games. So many people on there asking for legendaries in exchange for the most common pokemon. I've since given up trying to find decent trades on there. If people would keep these "auctions" at a reasonable price, that would be great. I just worry about people going crazy on there too
