Buying New Signature that i never thought i would need

I am looking for a town signature, the one I have now is my old town. My little bleeping cousin deleted my completed town. Yes, it is okay to cringe at the thought. So I had to completely restart. And honestly I've done really well. It is still a mess, but it Is getting there slowly but surely. But my siggy now is my old town and I want to replace it with my new town.

(Note)
*I Only ask if you decide to take on this order, that you are willing to update the siggy as my town is built and I get new villagers I actually want. ( the list below is just the villagers I have that I actually like. I will not be including the villagers I have but don't want)
