New Villagers? [ideas]

Personally, since this game takes place on a deserted island, I'd love to see more Octopus villagers. As of now, we only have 3, and I think this being a deserted island would be a great chance to add more Octopi.

Also, perhaps more animals based on mythical creatures? As of now, I only know of 2: Drago the dragon and Julian the Unicorn. I don't remember for sure, but I think I heard about a phoenix villager? but if I'm wrong, then a phoenix villager would be awesome.

What other inspiration would you like to see?

Octopuses can survive out of saltwater from 30-60 minutes or so depending on atmospheric conditions. Moist n humid conditions longer and hot n dry sunshine much less!

Being on a deserted island means saltwater is all around the island. As such, I think it could be reasonable for more Octopi- perhaps villagers could go swimming? Plus this is a video game we're talking about...

Ah, I saw your post about how there shouldn't be any new villagers. I'm just going to ask that we agree to disagree. I'd love to see newcomers, and I understand your points. However, that doesn't change that I'd like to see new villagers. Time will tell if there are any new ones, but for now, let's just agree to disagree.

We probably won't get any since there haven't been any since their introduction, but I'd personally be most interested in getting more robotic villagers like Ribbot and Sprocket. Ideally we'd have one for each species at some point in the future.

I'd also be interested in the addition of bats.

We do indeed have a phoenix-inspired villager. Phoebe, the Uchi Ostrich. I have her in one of my towns, she's great.

Are they really disliked that much? I have several goats among my favorites: Ch?vre, Pashmina, and Nan. I’d love to see Iggy and Sven return! (Also, can we talk about how there are two old man goat jocks? It’s hilarious—and adorable imo)

maybe even more variation in horns like they have done for some? it gives them even

1. Wayne, Smug or Cranky (there is already a Bruce, so this will have to do.)
2. Count, Cranky or Jock (Dracula)
3. Kirk, Lazy (Real name of Man-Bat from DC Comics.)
4. Rouge, Snooty or Peppy (Sonic character)

Echo - Uchi, named after sound, which bats use to hunt and fly around in.
Pudding - Peppy, named after blood pudding. You already know why. XD

Agent O - Jock, based off the Octolings from Splatoon 2. Kinda experiencing an identity crisis, hm? ^^;
