Welcome to TBT! I'm a bit confused by what you mean by, "how we all interact with each other", do you mean like how the forum sections are set up?
Thank you for your response! Yes sorry for being vague, I mean I have questions about how people go to each other’s islands. Do people share their FC and if they do in which thread do they share it. Also I am confused about Camp Bell Tree and if it’s related to the animal crossing game.

Ohh gotcha! So for going to other people's islands, I assume you're talking about ACNH (animal crossing new horizons), so for that you would head to The Airport and there you can see people hosting games or looking for people hosting games for purposes such as getting items, giveaways, hang out sessions, etc. Myself I never use that, but sharing a friend code or dodo code would both work. Camp Bell Tree is a competition type of event going on that is somewhat related to animal crossing in the sense that some of the tasks involve the game (I don't know if I'm allowed to disclose them), but it isn't sponsored by Nintendo or anything of the sort, it's just a way to engage with TBT's users and for the chance to win collectibles for the site.

Often people offer island tours or are hosting games on their islands too, which they list in The Airport like TheWildShadow55 mentioned!
If you're looking to visit islands for a specific purpose, like getting fruit, items or DIYS, there's also a section to buy or trade, but that's under the Nooks Cranny section.

IGB = In game bells (for ACNH or New Leaf etc.)
NMT = Nook Miles Tickets
TBT = Forum bells. You can see the amount you have under your name. You get them by making posts, threads, or trading for them.

To trade with tbt click the shop button next to the alert bell and search and collects bells. Then click donate and type in the name with who you are trading with.
Also NMT are ticket amounts and not the points. I made this mistake and thought 10 NMT meant 10 points but rather they re 10 individual tickets.
Also people can give feedbacks to each other so if your scared of trading or want to watch out for trollers click the person name's and check their feed back.
