Hello! I've also come over from ACC after browsing these forums for awhile. Things seem much better around here!

Some info - I'm 27, I edit a newspaper for a living and I hail from Ohio. I've been a longtime fan of Animal Crossing. Started with GameCube, and the one I had next was Wild World. I couldn't wait for New Leaf to come out!

My favorite villager in my town at the moment is Chadder, I think it's because that smug little mouse always sweet talks me! (he's calling me mon amie right now, which is just cute!).

Also have Gladys, Violet, PeeWee, Lucy, Filbert, Walker, Jitters and TuTu (my second favorite!).

Welcome! I started with Wild World myself. How long have you played both of them?

Oh lord I couldn't tell you. I started playing the GC version about a year after it first came out. I played the GameCube one admittedly less than I ended up digging into WW, but it's just because the DS was more convenient. I opened up my old DS right after I got ACNL just to pop into my old village to see what neighbors I had. I can't believe I spent so much time staring at that tiny little screen! Haha! Before that I probably hadn't touched it in a year at least.

I enjoyed the game more post GC, because there were so many cheats for GC and I burned out using those.
