apparently even with all of the NOA's efforts, two clans have formed on Nsider, both of them have been promptly banned, they are Ninja clans, and they destroy towns, so Nsider wants to keep them a secret, but the NOA's can't moniter everything and people are swapping friend codes like crazy over there, it is like a black-market bazzar, just wanted to tell people this.

To tell you the truth, I'm not surprised. The NOA's can't keep every little thing in watch, and it is predictable that the users would start something like that, a black market, on NSider.
