Jigglypuff can be really good. I know someone who can beat anyone else I know with it. I am not horrible with it either

but how do you not know cloud? founder of the cloud rpg rule in which the ratio of hair ridiculousness directly correlates with how powerful a guy can get (whether crazy hair is a result of this potential or the potential is caused by the hair is unknown) He is also the guy with the ludicrously huge sword. How can you mis him with that thing?!
