ref 1 (i want the theme to revolve around this character)
ref 2.. (same hair, same expression if possible, same eyebrow)

so basically, i want my OC to be cosplaying as a character.
Hair will be the same as ref 2 but with the colours of ref 1. pink base colour with green tips. Eyes are green too. I also want the two moles on ref 1 to be present on ref 2. outfit will be the same but cover up the non-existential boobs for my OC cos he's a male lol.
Background colour will be the colour code of D5E7B8
Also, do you think u can do half body and some little simple extras on on the background? I'll gladly offer more if you are able.

Ok, it's a pretty complicated request, but i think I can do it. I think you want the first chibi style, right? I got some questions too. The hair colour on the ref 1 isn't pink with green tips? And which outfit do you want? From ref 1 or ref 2? And Uhh where's the moles? Sorry, i just woke up and seeing this post is making me a little confused. Also, i will try make a half body

ah, sorry for the mix up! ref 1 is supposed to be this. Or u can google 'mitsuri kanroji' for more ref. So ref 2 will be wearing the clothes from ref 1. so whatever i stated on my original post still sticks
