Nintendo broke villager trading AGAIN

The glitch with adopting villagers was fixed in a previous patch. However, it's back after the latest update. Just had a friend experience it after adopting Marshal from me. He doesn't have any amiibo cards to fix it so his game is pretty much broken until Nintendo patches it a second time after breaking it again.

I'm making a thread here because I notice we now have a separate subforum for New Horizon villager trading and I feel that there should be a stickied thread with this information there just so that people know that the bug is back. I would hate for more games to be ruined.

Yeah, the bug just evolved, it seems. I know I was overzealous saying they fixed it last night, only to discover people on the GameFAQs forums having the same issue with the bug evolving into a whole separate can of worms. Hopefully Nintendo has already started working on the patch for the patch, since I’m assuming it’s been reported numerous times when people went out and tried to adopt booted villagers.

It had been fixed with 1.1.2 as I managed to successfully complete several trades. However last night they released a new patch and I think that's what broke it again.

I want to report it myself, but I don't know where to do it.
