No recipes from balloons?

Is anyone else having trouble getting recipes to spawn from balloons?

Thanks for the positive response! Just got the shamrock recipe too! I’ll keep going for the other spring recipes as well!

For seasonal recipes, IIRC the chances of a recipe is low. It's not that low, but low enough that if RNG hates you, it may take a bit to get all of the recipes. I think the Autumn recipes took me the longest to farm. I had a couple days where I only got 2 new recipes a day.
