I started this island 10/13/2021

Here is my starting map and villagers

I love this map because resident services is far away, there is a good amount of beach, the peninsula is cute, and the big rock!! I restarted many, many times because originally I was deadset on oranges and also I wanted certain maps. I put my switch down as I was letting the dogs out so I didn't see the fly over and I was so happy to see first of all my starter villagers were so cute. And my native fruit was peaches!!

I've never seen this cot before. It's so freaking cute!!

I usually put my house on the beach, but I thought it would be cool to have my house over here for a while.

First day on the island was just the normal stuff. I paid off my house and racked up 5k NMT so far, and have a bunch of bugs and fish outside of blathers' camp (maybe like 10 critters). I want to be natural with this island for a while first of all because I'm used to the old animal crossing games and I suck at decorating and designing so this will be hilarious.

Today I got a lot done. I handed in all critters to Blathers.

i completed the shop, and I used every nook mile for NMT to go villager hunting a little. I didn't want to find dreamies, just maybe one or two cuties. My first free ticket was Flora and I forgot to take a pic of her but ultimately decided yeah I'm inviting her. Then I run into

and I'm like OMG? OKAY invited her too.

I hunted for a lazy and ran into Wade, mammoth man, blue mouse and was like no. i almost picked mammoth. so i went against my rules on the second day and time traveled so i could do the stupid plots oh god.

you can kinda see the third one. i'm so bad i literally have no idea where i want to put anything. as you can see, i shoved the store:

i didn't even try for those fossils, those were just the ones i came across cos i'm a villager on a mission to finish Thomas Nook's QUESTS.

here's my trashpile and my roses i put down for a quest and dug them up :^) cos im breeding WINDFLOWERS HERE BOI (btw i have no garbage can and my inventory is puny so i sold every flower to the fluffy rats)

here is my ramshackle "house" i got stung 5 times today.

time traveled a day forward to do all that, then came back to original day, museum is closed still and i bought a hamster.

So I could not figure out why my third villager wouldn't move in and finally figured out it was because it was missing an exterior item this whole time LMAO

I wanted to try this, sorry Blathers...

so then I found out that you can switch your language to japanese and play in animal crossing, so i hope it's ok that the languages will be in both.

i arranged my pumpkins like this for some reason and i'm going to put a fence around it. i collected a few halloween DIYs at this point and have some pumpkins, mostly orange.

ahhh the time travelling made the able sisters come really fast so thats cool i guess. thats what i get for messing up on floras house, access to designs that other people make that i can use because i suck at making my own!!
