Noob Q Alert!

A noob Q I know, but I have a hilarious AC:CF pic that I want to post but don't know how to. I know there is an image icon in the tool bar, but is there a way to just add it directly from my desktop to the site, or do I have to have something like a photobucket account to do it?

Yeah as for the specific question of uploading it directly from your computer... no. That would require TBT to "host" your picture, meaning storing it on their site. They simply couldn't do that for everyone out there, so you have to link to another site on the web which does host pictures. Photobucket.com is definitely the most popular. Also I think flickr.com allows direct linking to photos.

go to tinypic.com and upload it, then copy the Forum code, then make sure when you post the code you have spoiler tags, so it looks something like this:

[spoiler][img]YOUR IMAGE URL[/img][/spoiler]

This way it doesn't mess up the space in the posting area.
