Nook's Upgrade Research

Well, on AXA people have been researching how Nook's actually upgrades and they've come up with this:

1) To obtain Nook

Sometimes nook asks you what you prefer, if you choose 'hours' out of those options he will downgrade to Nook'N'Go. And you need to get Nookway before Nookingtons ;P

I doubt you'll get any questions until you get to Nookingtons because he can't downgrade to Nook's Cranny.

I think the options are: Hours, Variety or In-between, hours is Nook'N'Go, variety makes it stay as Nookingtons and in-between is Nookway.

edit: By the way, I'd like to point out that a lot of people got Nookway today. Including me who got Nook n' Go on the same day as the big wave as well. So how many days has it been?
