Not Gaining any Bells From Posting Bug?

So I've been posting for a couple days in a row, and I have gained 0 TBT bells. This means I can't post any pictures, videos, etc.
It is annoying! I'm very confused...

It's kind of a lagging glitch. If you press the button to donate bells twice, it does exactly that; donates the amount of bells, but doubled.
