I arrived here today. Its been rough, y'know, leaving all my friends and family back in Florida just to move to some island. I flew here with these weirdos, 'Cherry' and 'Kid Cat'. I don't know how in their right minds they could go to an abandoned island but sure, I'll deal i guess. I have to go, I think one of those creepy twins wants something.

I helped set up my villagers tents, theirs looks so much nicer than mine. I set up mine towards the back of the island away from everyone. Mr. Nook gave me a 'NookPhone'. honestly, it looks like a cheap knock off with his name slapped on it. I cant message my family which is odd, I cant even send my family letters because quote, "We don't ship to that part of the U.S. Tom told us so." Weird...
Mr. Nook asked me to go get some pears for smoothies, I hate pears.

I'm currently in my tent. I'm scared. I got the pears for Mr. Nook when I saw a person. It was definitely not Cherry nor Kid Cat. Not even the soulless twins constantly staring with their big bug eyes. No. It was lanky and shadowy. When I looked towards it, it vanished. It was as if it were never there. Im hoping it was one of those things apart of my wild imagination but it certainly didn't give me a good feeling about traveling here.
