Not that much storage?

I see that you get 80 storage spaces in the first house expansion after the tent but my 80 slots are already full. Does the storage space increase as you expand your house? If so, does anyone know the next amount of slots we get? Looks like I'll have to create alt chars in my island.

yep, on your second upgrade it goes up to 120.

Pretty sure it increases. I have the first expansion and 120 spaces.

It consistently increases, looks like a lot. There are progression steps on Nook Miles cards which go beyond 100+ from my view right now. Feels promising
