OGRE MASKS AND BEAN DAY

Ive seen many people with ogre masks and ive found out they r from the Japanese holiday, Bean Day... I know there r two colors, red and blue..... how do u get the mask when in a friend from Japans town? Do u just talk to tortimer and he gives you a random color of red or blue ogre mask? or do u have to hunt for beans and give them to him or something.....what i REALLY dont understand is why Ogre Masks have to do anything with Beans as a holiday..lol..if you have any info on this...ANY INFO AT ALL! plz reply to this

I think you have to have the Japanese version and talk to Tortimer on Bean Day. I'm not sure. I also lost my red one today =(

dude thankz......i get it now! they throw beans to get rid of demons....and in the game u get rid of ur demons so u get a mask of an ogre(which could be a demon)! thankz!

I don't think anybody on TBT is in Japan.

There are plenty of people in Europe, and even Australia that are here though.

xP My uncle got me my ACCF, and guess where he got it.. (>.>) Japannn. ( buisness trip) Since i read japanese, he got it for me. But i mostly play the english version LOL. and yeah, you have to talk to an ogre.

Every region has it's region specific holidays and holiday related items. Guess where the next major region specific holiday is? It's in the United States... Nature Day (which falls on Earth Day, April 22nd). Meet up with Tortimer in front of town hall to receive your very own Cool Globe. It's bigger and much nicer looking than the one you can buy normally in the game. So get ready to open your gates for some TBT'ers from other countries on that day.

After that is Boy's Day in Japan on May 5th, where all boys get a newspaper hat. Hmmmmm... guess I'll need to befriend someone from Japan (or with a Japanese Wii) before that date.

Sorry.... not an AC holiday. Although a pinata would be a cool thing to get. Hmm... maybe if we all whine really really annoyingly, Nintendo will hear us and make a pinata DLC item for that day. Of course, cinco de mayo falls on the same day as boys day, so that's probably why it's unobserved on AC. And, yes, there is a girls day.... it was March 3rd. Sorry.
