Okay so hears the story, I come out of bed and play ACCF and do my useal thing, water my red turnip, cheak fro hybrid's, water flowers, talk to a few villegers.

And oen fo my villegers ask for a olive flounder, so i go out from the elft side casting my rod, then I SEE A TUNA!!! IT WAS A TUNA SIZE!!! LONG BIGGER THEN A SEE BASS ADN SKINNEY!! so i cast my rod out and manage to hook it, on the second bit it comes IM SURE i pulled it in my rod at the rigth time. So it gets away so im liek "Oh ****ing *h*it" then i go back to my olive flounder, then i see the TUNA AGAIN, And this is NO joke, a cast my rod out bit, bit, bit cast in gets away the seconbd time, OH F**ING *FU**ING SHI* HOW FUC*ING STUPID.
Back to olive flounder i keep walking along the shore and guess what? here comes teaseing tuna. Do the useal cast in gets away "WTF! GRIGGIN *G*Y" No joke.
so i cacth my olive flower, go to chevre (the person that wanted it) get my reword.
I take a 15 min brake come abck to do a bit 'o fishin a see teaseing tuna again :gyroidverymad: Suprise supirse i cast in same thign happens.

So thats 4 times the tuna got away from me TODAY.
A few days ago it as snowign i see ths coelacanth/tuna im like *fu*ing i did not catch it. Then a few days befor tuna trama miss it 3 times.

6/7/8 times i missed it.

I can real in any other fish perfectly but tuna's

i caught a tuna the other day. i dont know whats so hard about catching tuna there rare but easy to catch
in fact all winter fish seem to be. i already completed the winter fish

It would be good if the silver fishing rod made fish stay on the lien when the bobber goes down longer. :/ mabey about 1 second.

Really? I got really super mega lucky yesterday. I was at my friends town(no tbt account) And his town is amazingly beautiful. He has all kinds of flowers. So he has a lighthouse. I dont know what it was. the flowers or lighthouse or my clover but i caught at his town:Two sharks,Three hammerhead sharks,an elephant beetle,2 ocean sunfish,Napoleon fish and arapaima.


But srry you couldnt catch a tuna

I can.. when i first played the original animal crossing, i didnt know the bobber had to be compleatly under the water... they at that point just said to pull it up when "you know" you had a hook.So i tugged at the same time they did till i eventually figured it out.


but back theni was like.. what... 15...16? XD! Games brand new--no one knew what to do, period? XD!

I suggest you listen instead of watch, also count how many times it nibbles. A fish can only nibble four times so it'll definitely bite on the fifth time also you can hear the bobber go under before you actually see it, although there's only a split second difference.

I think some of it may depend on your video/audio setup, too. When I first got the game I had the sound and video running through the TV and everything was fine. Then I switched it over to an HD tv and had the audio running through the tv and then to the receiver to play on my surround sound speakers. The sound was delayed by running through an extra component and it made my reaction time just a moment too slow, and I was missing all my big fish, too. I finally got the cable I needed to run the audio directly to the receiver and it made all the difference. You might not notice the delay during regular playing like walking and talking to neighbors, but fishing it is down to split second reactions on the big fish.

I also found out my receiver has an option to add delay if the video is going through a lot of components and you need the delay.

So this may or may not be your problem, but it was definitely my problem and I noticed it made a huge difference for fishing.
