Hey everyone - I'm Kausus. I'm a 20 year old red panda from Florida.

I like drawing, watching YouTube, and playing video games. I try to keep up with my AC:NL town but am a bit forgetful - hopefully I'll remember to keep up with it now that I'm here!

What video games do you like?

As a fan of video games, what irks you about them? For example, is there something about some gamers you do not like, or maybe a video game mechanic you wish developers would stop using?

What video games do you like?

As a fan of video games, what irks you about them? For example, is there something about some gamers you do not like, or maybe a video game mechanic you wish developers would stop using?

I like a lot of video games... right now I play mostly Monster Hunter 3U, ACNL, and World of Warcraft. MMOs, platformers, J/RPGs, and puzzle games tend to find themselves in my favorites. I don't favor FPS games much.

My absolute favorite is the Mother series, and some people may be familiar with the second game Earthbound. At the very least, if you play SSB, you'll know Ness (Earthbound) or Lucas (Mother 3.)

What irks me... elitists. People/gamers who think there is such a thing as a "true" gamer and that some gamers are of a higher caliber than others because of the genres they play, the systems they play on, etc. People who think you're not really "good" at a game unless you're a professional or have won tournaments or what-have-you. People who call others "casuals" as though it's a bad thing.

In regards to "true" gamers, there is also the ones who complain when you use the most efficient tactics and weapons in the game to beat them. No, you are only a true gamer if you handicap yourself in as many ways as possible to make the game as hard as possible.
