Theory Three: Ganondorf And Twilight King Working Together!... Or Not!

Even though the cutscene in which Ganondorf was tortured points to signs that Ganondorf will end up being against the Twilight King, anything is possible; the spirits which surrounded Ganon in the cutscene could have been against the TK, and Ganondorf could in turn be working for the Twilight King. Ganondorf breaks free eventually and rejoins the Twilight King. However, once the time for the final battle between the Twilight King and Ganondorf, Ganny turns out to be a back-stabber and kills the TK. The final battle is epic, being between Link and The King of Evil.

Remember that theory of mine? It's funny to see how close I was to the reality, except the end there. Quite interesting, eh?

When I finished Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga, I knew that if a sequel was going to be made, it would have been horrible.. it actually came true..

The bolded parts are somewhat similar to what actually happened, the TK was working for Ganondorf, not the other way around.
