Splatoon Opinions on: The All Powerful Gals

For me, the Gals I like change constantly. Sometimes I like the Classic .52, and other times I find that I'm constantly using the .96 Deco. These guns are one of the most effective in any game mode. They have a high damage output, a preposterous range, and good ink coverage. Really, you can't go wrong with any of the Gals because they're so versatile!

Which Gal do you like best?

.96 Gal because the Sprinkler and Echolocator are both amazing imo and the main weapon is still good.

they are ridicously good just not my taste. it is tiring seeing so ****ing many gals in ranked, it seems every match I play has atleast one of them in it. :|

.96 is too slow for me, I feel like I can't aim too well. I mean, they both splat in two hits, so why not go for the faster one?

I main the .52 Gal Deco, but I just started testing out the .96 Gal in combat and its range can be incredibly hilarious. That aside, I've also been able to corner snipers with the Splash Wall to quickly hit them from the other side with the gun itself, or with a Kraken. I don't think anything will ever top the .52 Gal Deco in my heart, but despite its speed, the .96 Gal Deco can be really handy, and that range. <3

They're super handy, maybe not for you? But damn. I can out-turf so many things with the .52 Gal Deco, very frequently. For ranked, this thing is especially hilarious in Splat Zones.

I agree that the range is great, but I prefer the regular .52 for Splash Walls. Plus it has the Killer Wail which is extremely useful in modes like Rainmaker and Tower Control. <3

My favorite weapon for Turf War is the .96 Gal. I just love sprinklers and the echolocator, so this is definitely for me! Yes, the .96 Gal is slow but its range is great. I'm usually the one who inks the most (or second most) turf so it can't be too bad

The Gals are better at covering turf than many people realize, since there are a lot of technically faster weapons. The range on the .96 variations are ridiculous, while the .52 variations are quick.

Your opponents can't out-ink you if you keep taking them out of the field! Oh hoh hoh. Such easy turf-spreading when you splat them too. I've used opposing team members to escape Krakens on multiple occasions too. Something more easily done with the .52 Gals due to their firing speed since you kind of have to approach the person you're going to use to escape. Just shoot them and then use their ink to help you swim away.
