The color on the lineart sticks out a lot. Maybe set that layer to multiply and see how it looks?

i think it's super cute, but on the finished product i dislike how her face melts into her neck. i think there would be a little more distinction between the face/jaw and her neck.

also this is really adorable!!! however i think you should work on making a different color lineart, i think i've seen before that if you make the lines gray (lighter then the rest of the colors) then make the layer option (?) lumi and shade it'll automatically color your lines! i'm not sure if it'll work on fire alpaca though--
