Buying or [renting]? i guess? BIRTHDAY ITEMS FOR GFS BDAY PARTY

my friends and i are hosting a surprise party in AC for my girlfriend and i need to emergency buy OR rent some bday furniture for the decorations!! rent as in, ill pay you to have it for the night and return it to you the next day

i already have the birthday cake but im looking mainly for this birthday sign pictured here on the table:

i need it by april 12th, bc the 13th is the night of the party! i could pay you a rent fee of 10k bells or something? i'll be keeping the item until the 14th, i can return it to you then, if that's all okay. and it's up to you when i pick it up, but earlier the better so i have time to set up! i get its a really early notice tho

umm i have some of those! some homier items i have are like broom and dustpan (wall item, in 2 colors), cream and sugar, dinnerware (its dirty dishes stacked up essentially), dish-drying rack, gas range (normal gas oven, i have it in silver and red), ironing board, a knife block (like one of those kitchen knife holders), a kettle, a long bathtub, a shower (you can catalog but it's like 100k bells when u buy it in catalog lol), mini fridge, plain white mug, and a spice rack if you dont have any of those and are interested in cataloging. i wont need it until the 12th, but if you want to set up the trade earlier thatd be appreciated so i have more time to set up. i'll be keeping it until the 14th from whenever you lend it to me, if that's okay!

I'd love to catalog the dinnerware, dish drying rack, ironing board, and spice rack! If you want you can just pm me whenever you want to trade, I don't mind doing it early esp since it's just sitting around in my storage atm I should generally be around/available whenever thanks to all my classes going online.
