I love some of the books he has written. I am on the third book in the Ender series, and it is beautifully written.

I suggest at least reading the first book Ender's game and seeing if you like it.

i like it for the philosophy that is brought up. So much of it is amazingly revealing to me, things that I have always thought true but never put into words.

now to paraphrase a character in the third book regarding a book, "While it may not be remotely factual, a story can still contain truth."

I absolutely love all the characters he creates with such depth, I need to finish this so I can start the forth and final book of the series, and then start the four books that parallel these. Check them out, I am serious.

I've read Ender's Game and Speaker of the Dead... i found them a little too slow paced personally.

Odd thing, some of his relatives are my neighbors, Its his brother i think... apparently my parents knew him or something.





Speaker ended kinda weird... it didn't even have an ending... Maybe i should read book three.

oh, and its kinda funny you like the philosophy... a lot of that is taken from his religion, He's LDS. haha.

From what i heard they were making enders game... and the other two or something... i dunno its just what i've heard, it'd be a good movie but i dunno how they'd do it, the pacing would be kinda crazy, enders game takes awhile to pick up, and speaker never exactly does pick up...

Well I finished the third one, it ends at a point you need to read the forth, and to be honest, the ending is extremely unexpected and weird, like the twilight zone or something.

I think the first one would make an awesome video game. there could be the battle room, and the arcade, the mind game, and maybe just being able to pick fights with people, who knows?

There is supposedly a movie being planned, but I don't know if it is going to come out, it till seems pretty ify.
