More than 312,000 amiibo card packs were sold in Japan in the first four days. iirc, they have sold over 500,000 copies of the game, so that's not even enough for one pack of cards per copy, so I can see why they stopped production of S2 and sent it to S1 production

Also ninty are rich coz since the cards are like 300 yen a pack, thats 93,000,000 yen and since it costs like $0.24 to make an NFC chip yea ok bye

They're nearing $1,000,000 USD faster than I thought. Probably another four or five days and it would be at $1,500,000 =P
 
I hope its not like this in America, because I really want to get the cards for the villagers I like and a couple NPC's, so if it is like this in America, the stores near my house may sell out, and that would be a shame. :( Also since the cards are random, I'll have too keep buying packs until I get my desired villagers.
