Pascal came to my town today....

I saw Pascal on my bridge and I talked to him. He said something about if a person eats a fish what is it called or something like that. Then he just jumped off the bridge and swam away out in the ocean....What was the point to that and is there something I need to do?

Also...one of my neighbors lost their key and I knew I had to fish it out, but I have caught like 20 fish so far and not one has been the key.

He came to mine too. You have to have a scallop in your pockets when you talk to him =)
