I was wondering how do you make your patterns. Like in City Folk I tried making mine in photoshop and then I tried one of those websites like http://www.thulinma.com/acnl/ to convert it into the right color palette and stuff. But It was very hard to edit in those websites. Is there any program like anicro or any good program at all to edit patterns for new leaf?

This one is quite good and allows you to choose your pallete c: You can't edit the design it generates but if you're able to choose the palette yourself you may not need to?? Seems like most of your problem is coming from the colouring. You'll have to copy the pattern into your game yourself, this one won't make a QR code for you. That should make it easier to edit it, as well c:

Not in the web app but you can just repaint them as you translate it into your game xx

Well I didn't want to draw it pixel by pixel I wanted to convert them to qr codes but the game doesn't count it as my design so I can't edit them, so I'm in pain XD

There's an iPhone app that lets you take any image and turn it into a QR code. You can even set it up so that it thinks you created the design in-game. It's called "QR Mydesign", I'd recommend it. You can also use that app to edit designs you get from QR codes, if you're interested shoot me a PM because it's kind of a long process.

Also, I'd suggest Photoshop for creating patterns if you're looking for something like that. You just need to create a 32x32 px file and set your brush to pencil mode.
