People can't submit Wi-Fi ratings for me?

So I've been told by a couple of people that they can't submit a wi-fi rating for me. I don't know why and I don't know how to fix it. I can't see my wi-fi ratings, and here are the conversations I had with the people who couldn't submit a rating for me:

It does seem to be missing from the tab on your profile but I was able to access it via copying the link on my own and replacing my member ID with yours.

Not sure what is wrong but that is a temporary way to access it until it can get worked out.
