When posting a new topic, the title of it is probably the most important part. It is the doorstep to the actual thread and needs to let the reader know what is inside before entering.
If it is a good title, then people will see that doorstep saying "Welcome, come on in." While if the title doesn't make any sense or is just a bunch of jarble, then the doorstep might say "I'm crazy: Enter with Caution!"
