Ok In order to have your town considered "perfect" you Can't have any wilted Flowers? or Is that Ok?
Also how long do Flowers Stay Watered from the Silver Watering Can, 'til they wilt.

This may have been asked before please forgive me.

You need to water flowers everyday, no matter what watering can you use! I have mostly gold roses in my town. No wilted ones. I've had a perfect town for over three years! keep trying! :)

Yeah, usually to have a perfect town you need to make sure your flowers are always watered and there are no weeds or any items you may have dropped or left on the floor. It does take time! I got a perfect town in Wild World and it took me like a month or so, it's really just one of those things you'll have to keep persisting with.

What I did was create a grid 5x5 acres containing 16 spaces in Microsoft Paint. I then filled in the squares. Blue for water, brown for trees, grey for buildings and rocks, green for the upper area and the light green for the lower area. I then read on how many flowers and trees needed to be in each acre. It took me about a month, but it was worth it in the end.
