both of these clean and glossy revamps really do make the current design even more dated, crusty, dusty and just sad

also i hope more types of pokeballs become collectibles!

Er, no thanks. As I might have mentioned I prefer the old, mute sprite and personally it looks better for the OG ball. By all means keep the love/moon ball and possible newer ones with this sleek squishy design but please don't touch the old one ;_;

Yes I have no taste I prefer the stale ol cake as well :rolleyes:

Ah well if it somehow would go thru u kno where to buy it lol

I agree with Sheila. The old ball collectible is more true to the original Pok?mon games as well style wise

I mean preferences aside, all the pokeball collectibles are taken from literal official assets and thus all equally true to the original games

or if we go super literal, the og pokeball 100% isn't at all. because then it should be tiny and greenish

I would argue the later pokeball collectibles (so moon ball and love ball) bare more resemblance the games, especially earlier generations, since they're more cartoony and sleek which makes them closer to being in-game sprites.

gen i and ii pokeballs looked like this:

gen iii:

Pok%C3%A9_Ball_III.png

the only in-game pokeballs i feel the current collectible has a resemblance to are the pokemon colosseum/gale of darkness ones:

Pok%C3%A9_Ball_summary_Colo.png

but even that has more solid black lines than the collectible.

i'm pretty sure jeremy and/or justin have said petitions don't really hold any weight but i'd definitely support this one, i've bugged about it in the discord a few times already lmao.

Yeah, they are, I still prefer the old one, personally because it simply looks old and I like that it doesn't really being loud and bright on colours like more resembling old instruction manual art or just more manga-ish. And yes I know it's not sprite cause then it'd look even more like some random marble ball...and I could go on and on why we should keep it as well. Personal preferences aside, some collectibles like this and fruits should stay the old non-sleek way.

something like gary's belt ball here. it's a bit hard to find gen 1 art when it cometo balls bc all you get are product or fanart but yhea;

Cherish Ball and Beast Ball or riot.

Luxury ball is best ball. I spent so long catching every possible HA pokemon in a luxury ball. And then USUM came out and made it so male mons can pass down Luxury balls and that made my HA luxury collection grow to insane amounts. Luxury ball or nothin'

Petition for another Pokemon Week :D

Hey, since Halloween is coming soon, how about a Halloween themed Pokemon week and releasing a
Dusk Ball collectible (along with maybe another ball that fits the spooky theme at least from it's design).
