Petition villager request; need to visit someone's town!

Heya! A villager gave me a petition and I'm assuming it's one of the ones that my villagers can't sign because I'm not given the option. I know there is a petition type where you have to visit other player's towns. I need to test this out and come visit someone and talk to 6 of their villagers.
