Starting this Friday at 7PM EDT, follow clues to search for eggs around the forum in TBT's Thirteenth Annual Easter Egg Hunt. New eggs will appear throughout the weekend and the hunt ends on April 6th!

If you want to go for desktop version then i will only suugest you the GIMP one which most of the people are recomending yo, I agree this is hard to operate as the Photoshop. But when you are use to it you will find it more easy to operate
The most whcih i like which was recently lauch, which is similar to p ix lr but have many new added function which plr do not have. That is Browser based Free Photoshop online editor. please check it and let me know if you feel easy to operate. As the time i started using toolpic i never seen other program. It has some extra option like Special effect, with shortcuts, GIF creator and other animation template.
