my PictureIT!99 did that
i can't do much on GIMPshop. i'm so unskilled :r and what sucks for me is that my PictureIT99 does not work on Vista (aka my only available OS) and that program was my main program for graphic creation <_< well i guess i'll get a learning experience by using a lot of gimp

BTW is it supposed to take forever to load? cause mine takes FOREVER

I don't have much experience with Gimp, since I only got it today, but from what I do know it takes a little while to load.
